Yes. Order by 3 PM weekdays (2 PM Friday, 10 AM weekends), and we guarantee same-day Nanaimo delivery. Island routes have earlier cutoffs—Victoria by 10 AM, Comox by noon, etc.

We offer after-hours emergency service. Submit an emergency request—surcharges apply (+$25 evenings, +$50 nights/weekends), but we can usually accommodate urgent evening or overnight rushes.

Yes. You get a tracking link. See driver location, ETA, and proof of delivery (photo + signature + timestamp) all in real-time on your phone.

We check addresses before dispatch. If there's any ambiguity, our driver calls ahead. Building access issues, gate codes, dock procedures—we coordinate before arrival.

Yes. Furniture, artwork, equipment—we wrapping and handle with care. Fragile items need special padding; let us know and we'll quote accordingly.

Contact us immediately if you need to change the address. If the driver hasn't picked up yet, no problem—we divert them. Changes within 15 minutes are usually free.

Contact us to reschedule. Reschedule within 1 hour of pickup? Usually no charge. After 1 hour? 25% cancellation fee. We hold the driver slot; we need notice to release them.

Yes. Pickup multiple items, drop them off at different locations. We charge $5 per additional stop after the first pickup/dropoff. Route-optimized for efficiency.

Nanaimo as the hub. Same-day delivery anywhere in Nanaimo. Island routes include Victoria, Duncan, Parksville, Comox, Campbell River, and Port Alberni. We also serve Vancouver Island beyond the central Island.
