Minimum Rush Charge

After-Hours Surcharge
+$25 evenings, +$50 nights/weekends
On top of rush rate for late-night emergency.
Example: 5 km same-day rush = base $18 + (5 km × $1.50) + 50% rush = ~$32. One-hour emergency adds another $50+ depending on driver availability.

How fast can you really pick up?
If we have a driver available in your area, 15 minutes. If it's a slower period, 30 minutes is typical. Submit a quote for real-time pickup estimate.
Can I track my hot-shot in real time?
Yes. We send you a link—see driver location, ETA, and completion status live on your phone.
What if I book a rush and change my mind?
Cancellation within 5 minutes: no charge. After 5 minutes: 50% of quoted rush rate (because we're holding a driver). After pickup: full charge.
Do you do hot-shot across ferry routes?
Yes. We factor ferry wait times and sailing schedules. Nanaimo to Victoria hot-shot is common. Submit a quote for ferry-route rush details.
