How long do groceries stay fresh in transit?

Our insulated delivery bags and temperature control keep groceries at the right temperature for up to 2 hours. Most Nanaimo deliveries take 45 minutes—well within the safe window.

What if an item is out of stock?

The grocery store will substitute a similar item or refund you. You'll be notified before we deliver. Your order cost never changes—you only pay our delivery fee.

Can I request specific produce quality or cuts?

Yes. Add special instructions to your store order (ripe avocados, deli meat thickness, etc.). Our drivers communicate with customer service to ensure your preferences.

How fast can you deliver?

Same-day delivery with 2 hours' notice for most orders. Off-peak times (9 AM–11 AM weekdays) often see 45-minute delivery. Check with us for fastest times.

Do you deliver alcohol or age-restricted items?

Yes, with valid ID required at delivery. All liquor/restricted items are delivered by ID-verified drivers only.
