Get a business quoteWhat Are Scheduled Routes?
Instead of calling for one-off pickups, you set up a standing delivery route: same time, same stops, same rate every day or week. Perfect for predictable business operations.
Lower Cost
Volume discounts. Same 3 PM run every day is cheaper than 5 one-off pickups.
Predictable
Driver and vehicle stay consistent. You know exactly when pickup happens. No surprises.
Invoice Once
Monthly billing, recurring credit. No daily invoices. One predictable cost line item.
Scheduled Route Examples
Print Shop Daily Run
Every business day at 4 PM: pickup finished jobs, deliver to customers. Same route, same stops. By month's end, you've saved hundreds on a-la-carte courier rates.
Auto Parts Supplier
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 PM: pickup parts from warehouse, deliver to 5 auto shops across Nanaimo. One driver, one route, 30 minutes. Flat rate for all three days.
Manufacturing Assembly
Daily 5 PM: pickup finished assemblies from factory, deliver to distribution center or customer. Weekly invoice covers the whole month. No daily phone tag.
Multi-Stop Circuit
Thursday evening: pickup from your office, deliver invoices and samples to 8 different locations across Nanaimo. One rate. One route. Every week.
How Scheduled Routes Work
Consultation
You describe your route, stops, timing. We map it out.
Fixed Quote
One price. Same every week. No per-km fluctuation.
Dedicated Driver
Your driver learns stops, knows your customers, builds routine.
Monthly Invoice
One line item per route. Predictable. Credit terms available.
Scheduled Route Pricing
Scheduled routes are 30–50% cheaper than one-off same-day delivery because volume justifies dedication:
Daily Route (5 days/week)
$80–$120/day (flat)
Typical Nanaimo route with 3–5 stops. Includes driver, vehicle, insurance.
Weekly Route (1–2x/week)
$150–$250/run (flat)
Single run, dedicated time slot. Examples: Thursday evening circuit.
Multi-Stop Discount
5+ stops on a single run = additional 10% discount on flat rate
Example: 5-stop daily route = ~$100/day × 20 business days/month = $2,000. Same route via one-off same-day delivery would cost $150–$200/day = $3,500+. You save $1,500+/month.
First month is usually a one-time setup fee ($100) to plan route, confirm stops, and schedule driver. After that: recurring flat monthly rate.

Scheduled Route FAQ
What if my route needs to change one week?
One-time adjustments are fine. Tell us 24 hours ahead if possible. If the change is permanent, we adjust your rate accordingly and reset for the next month.
Do I pay if the driver can't run one day?
Not if it's our issue (vehicle down, driver sick). If it's your request (you have no shipments), you pay a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 4 hours ahead.
Can I do extra one-off runs on top of my route?
Yes. Standard same-day rates apply for anything outside your scheduled route. Your dedicated driver might even do them, but if they're unavailable, we dispatch someone else.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month. 30-day notice to cancel. We want your business to stick around because it works, not because you're locked in.
