Do you handle cold/frozen items?

Yes. We use insulated bags and temperature-controlled vehicles. Frozen items stay frozen. Perishables arrive fresh.

What if Walmart is out of stock on my items?

You'll be notified before we pick up. We only deliver what Walmart has in stock. Substitutions available if requested.

How much notice do I need to give?

Same-day service available with 2 hours' notice. Place your order online, contact us with your Walmart order number, and we'll handle the rest.

What about damaged or missing items?

Our drivers inspect all items before delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, we document it and coordinate replacement directly with Walmart.

Do you take cash on delivery?

The Walmart order is prepaid online by you. Our delivery fee can be paid by card or cash at delivery. No surprises.
